Czaj Racing is back in the Australian Superbike Championship (ASBK) for 2025 after a three-year break. From 2009-2021, we competed in the Australian Championship, even hitting Japan’s Suzuka 8 Hour in 2015. Now, Phil Czaj and Sash Savin are gunning for Superbike glory, mentoring a Young Superstar in Supersport 300 who’s got raw skill and big dreams. Follow our fight!

Our Story: The Comeback
Czaj Racing was forged in 2009 by Phil Czaj, no racing lineage, just pure grit. From 2009-2021, we were competitive in the Australian Superbike Championship (ASBK), as a private team with no factory backing, even racing Japan’s iconic Suzuka 8 Hour in 2015. Sash Savin joined in 2021, bringing his steady fire to the mix. After a three-year break, we’re back in 2025. Phil and Sash in Superbike, mentoring a Young Superstar in Supersport 300, a raw talent.
We’re here to prove racing’s old soul still burns.
THE TEAM
Phil Czaj
Superbike Rider & Team Manager
Phil’s the heart of Czaj Racing, built it from scratch since 2009 with no racing lineage. He’s a steely-eyed veteran. Chill but relentless, he leads and rides, gunning to prove we still belong after three years off.
Sash Savin
Superbike Rider
Sash joined in 2021, a laid-back mate with grit in his veins. He’s raced hard, knows the game, and rolls steady with Phil. After a break, he’s back in Superbike, hungry to reclaim his edge and ride the comeback wave to the top.
Young Star
Supersport 300 Rider
Our Young Superstar is new to racing, but has raw talent and guts. They’re here to earn it, not buy it. Under Phil’s wing, they’re set to turn heads in Supersport 300, chasing their first win and a shot at something bigger.
Crew Overview
Our crew is a tight-knit squad, built on passion for racing. Phil’s mum and dad hold key support roles, keeping the team grounded. Mechanics and engineers handle the technical side, ensuring our bikes are dialed in for every lap. We’re also bringing in university students, giving them a shot to learn the ropes in real-world scenarios and helping shape the future of the industry with hands-on experience. More support roles are coming as we grow, watch this space.
